I’ve enjoyed hosting a Star Wars Event the last couple of years, so we’re back for Year 3. Funnily enough, May 25th will be the 40th anniversary of Return of the Jedi’s release, so I decided to go with the same dates as last year. This event includes all of the Star Wars content out there (Originals, Prequels, Sequels, TV shows, Games, Comics, Legends, etc.) and that’s why I included a bunch of prompts, hopefully so that everyone can cover all the range of Star Wars content they enjoy! A few of the days have a couple of prompts so you can choose either or both.

Favorite fanfiction? Oh man. There are fics I remember loving that I lost a long time ago and don't remember their names. I do recall one, it was a BBC Sherlock Silence of the Lambs AU. It was novel-worthy, the writer spent a lot of time stylizing it to feel like a Hannibal Lector story. Unfortunately, as far as I know they never released the final chapter, when the last post had ended with Sherlock helping John put it together that he's the cannibal they've been hunting.

There are quite a bit that I enjoy but I also read them only on occasion. I will give a shout out for one I did illustrations for which is Supernova written by Magiwren on AO3, a Good Omens fan fic where Crowley takes in a stray kitten. 🐈⬛ I really enjoy their storytelling.

Good Omens Celebration: Birthday Edition

Join us for 5 day mini-event celebrating the Earth’s 6024th birthday!
As with the big Good Omens Celebration each day will have a Theme. The Theme calendar will be posted September 1st to give everyone plenty of time if they’d like to create fan works or make plans of their own.
As always this is a purely informal celebration and fan works don’t have to be the focus. We love to showcase not just Good Omens, but it’s entire fandom. Today is posting day for my team’s fic, Supernova, for the @do-it-with-style-events Minibang! Wahoo!
I am so happy that I was able to be a part of this project. It is the first Minibang I’ve ever been apart of, thank you to @moveslikebucky for helping me get involved more in this amazing GO community. I really pushed myself with the first illustration, I really wanted to capture the emotion in that scene. It pulled at my heart strings. Crowley with cats is one of my weaknesses. And I can’t gush enough on the writing style of my teammate, Magiwren, it is fantastic and it was a pleasure to illustrate this fic. Click here to read it! ❤️
